According to new figures the average British woman will spend €114, 563 on make-up in her lifetime. (That is a lot of mascara)We also have on average 54 items of make-up worth €616 in our make-up kits at any time AND we have €134 worth of make-up in our travelling make-up bags!
Wow...to see the figure laid out like that is disturbing....
Apparently the most disturbing statistic is that 57% of all those in the survey claimed they would rather break up with their boyfriends then go barefaced.
Oh and 56% don't mind paying for expensive make-up brands either.
I love my make-up and I'm sure I've spent a small fortune over the years - but no way would I break up with my partner for the sake of them seeing me without slap. In fact, it has happened and the world didn't stop turning and I didn't burst into flames. So there....
