The perfect boot

Just after I posted about my search for the perfect winter boot - I found these babies. Kurt Geigers Momentum boot....swoon.

I know everyone is RAVING about the dalmation printed boot, but I like this - it's more subtle and I could sing blue suede shoes all the time! Apart from that, I like that it's an ankle boot (the only boot I actually do) and the shade is perfect....

.....but as always with this country - there is a catch. Note the beautiful fabric, note the gorgeous color and then think of the miserable horrible wet winters we get here. I've bought too many shoes that are 'indoor' shoes (last count I had 7 pairs of 'indoor' heels), these are shoes that cannot be worn outside unless it's gorgeous weather and there are an emergancy pair of ballet pumps in my bag for a surprise shower!

The boots also come in snakeskin print (I hate snakeskin) but these have got to be the most beautiful boots I have ever witnessed - sod the rain, I could add another pair of 'indoor' shoes couldn't I? After all, a girl needs options!
