Lively and interesting.....

Damn it! This picture of what I think is Blake Lively appeared on the Russian Vogue facebook page - and I am mad to find out where that dress is from......
I don't know why - I kinda like it!

Only issue I have with it is this : it makes her look a LOT older then she is. Anyone else feel that???
Any suggestions?
